Materials and Components
I use 14k gold fill or sterling silver findings for anything that goes into the ear lobe. I also use them for clasps. I use high grade semi-precious stones and Swarovski crystals and pearls. Every so often I find a fun bead that is silver plated or copper, and makes a nice accent or separator in a necklace or bracelet. Also, I may have some different clasps in silver plate, vermeil, or copper. Some of my more inexpensive pieces use glass, ceramic and resin beads. Every time I go to a different city for vacation or business, I visit bead stores so that I add to the variety of my bead stock. Many of my pieces are one of a kind because I only buy a limited number of beads in that material or color. I apologize in advance if you want something made out of beads I no longer have or can get (or remember in what city and store I found them!)
My prices are very reasonable. Some items are as little as $15 for glass/resin earrings on French wires, $15 for book markers, $15 for key chains, $15 for glass/resin/ceramic stretchy bracelets, $15 for boxed sets of 4 wine glass charms, all the way up to $100 for a 20 inch necklace of Murano glass and 14k gold filled beads and $150 for Sam Black Original lampwork bead necklaces with sterling silver clasps. If you want real 14K gold findings, I can purchase them and simply add it straight to the cost of the design with no markup. Also …periodic sales for $10 on some items!
I can make any earring you see with clip-on backs. I can use gold and silver plated clip-on earring findings for no extra charge. If you require 14K gold clip-on, I will find the most economical price for you on the Internet and charge you at cost. Typical sterling silver clip-on findings add $15 to the pierced earring price.
